In this week’s episode, I interview Hsiang Jones of Queen of Hearts Fitness in Tallahassee, Florida. This will probably make her a little uncomfortable – but I think she is totally crushing it. Her focus on client retention and customer service is seriously impressive. And during this episode, we chat about just that. We also talk about training staff, giving back, and work-study programs.
Hsiang found pole dancing in 2009 without any dance background. After finding out her local studio would be closing, Hsiang and another student knew they would need to find a new home. Hsiang always envisioned herself owning her own place but never believed it would actually happen… until it did.
Since opening (over 5 years ago!!), Hsiang has been growing and learning along with her students. As they grow, so does her business.
“At Queen of Hearts Fitness, we aim to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for anyone to empower their inner Queen.”
